For Han Bin,a businessman from Jiangsu Province, the market of selling 3D printers at schools is vast and promising. His company,Loongo Co.,Ltd. displayed its cutting-edge 3D pringting equipment at the week-long China Hi-Tech Fair held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition center.

"3D printers will evenually enter most households in the near future and now it's the perfect ime to start teaching about 3D printing at schools,"said Han, the CEO of Loongo Co.,Ltd. a technology corporation based in Suzhou, a major city in East China's Jiangsu Province.

With a background in many different industries, Han is now devoted to promoting his 3D patented printers to primary and secondary schools around the country.

The company, founded in October ,2014 , has sold 80 3D printers to Suzhou Foreign Language School, one of the top schools in the province. Han said they had landed a deal to sell 20 3D printers to another school.

Han hopes to have his 3D printers in schools in every province in China.

"I believe the next five to ten years will witness a major upsurge in 3D printing technology around the world," Han said.

According to Han,the 3D printing market is competitive. At least 1,000 technology companies are selling printers, but only a few have obtained patents on the technology.

He is eyeing the education sector because he thinks students today will be required to master this technology in the near future.

"Students were required to learn how to use computers beginning about two decades ago and now the future belongs to a new generation that needs to be educated about 3D printers,"said Han.

Han's company has a team of educators and editors who have written textbooks meant to teach students from 5 to 20 years old how to use 3D printers within 18 weeks.

According to Han,3D printers can be used in any subject but are especially useful for studying physics, geography and fine arts. By bringing 3D printing technology into class, Han's company wants to cultivate students' creativity and a sense of space.

"With the help of 3D printing technology, students can show their ideas by making the actual items instead of only describing them using words,"said Han.
